Delivery, returns and support
Orders, delivery & returns
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on every order.
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Large items are delivered by specialist couriers. The courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please make sure there is clear access for the delivery vehicle.
